RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At PC Trendz, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • The item should not show any signs of use, damage, or alteration by the customer.
  • The return request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process any return, refund, replacement, missing item, wrong product, damaged product, or defective product claim, an unedited unboxing video is compulsory.

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening.
  • The shipping label with order details.
  • The complete unboxing process from start to finish.
  • The condition of the product received.

The video must be recorded continuously without pauses, cuts, edits, or interruptions.

Claims made without a valid unedited unboxing video will not be accepted, and PC Trendz reserves the right to reject such requests.

The unboxing video must be shared with us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Non-Returnable Items

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products returned after the 7-day return period.
  • Products that have been used, washed, worn, damaged, or altered by the customer.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.
  • Customized, personalised, or specially altered products.
  • Claims submitted without the mandatory unboxing video.
  • Minor colour variations caused by screen settings or photography.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund request will be reviewed.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Shipping charges and COD charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the error was caused by PC Trendz.

Exchange Policy

  • Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products requested for exchange must meet all return eligibility conditions.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered at the discretion of PC Trendz.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
  • Approved cancellation refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Right to Refuse

PC Trendz reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, exchange, or replacement request that does not comply with this policy.
